MCP · Claude, the AI assistant
Ask your software questions in your own words.
Gestión WIN and CRM One360 include their own MCP connector (Model Context Protocol), the open standard that lets
an AI assistant such as Claude work with other programs in a controlled way. With Claude Desktop on the same computer,
you ask in plain language and Claude requests what it needs from the program; the program decides what it can see and do.
Gestión WIN
“Which invoices are still unpaid?”, “How much have I sold this quarter?”, “How much stock of this item is left?”. Sales, collections and payments, stock, accounting, CRM and purchasing.
CRM One360
“Which opportunities close this month?”, “Summarise everything about this customer”, “Create a task to call them on Monday”. And, if you allow it, reply to emails for you.
Read-only by default
Creating and changing data (and, in CRM One360, reading or sending email) is enabled by an administrator under Settings → Claude.
Never deletes
Claude never deletes or deactivates any record. In Gestión WIN it also never issues Verifactu invoices or sends anything to the AEAT (Spanish Tax Agency).
Everything is signed
Whatever Claude creates or changes is recorded under its own user, “Claude”, so you always know what it has done.
Your data, on your computer
The connector is installed on your computer by dragging a file into Claude Desktop. Your data stay there: Claude receives only what it asks for to answer each question.
