AI Soft Ventures, S.L., with NIF B70765060, as producer of the Gestión WIN computerised invoicing system, hereby declares under its responsibility that the system complies with article 29.2.j) of Law 58/2003, the General Tax Law, with Royal Decree 1007/2023 and with Order HAC/1177/2024, and in particular with the following points:
a) It guarantees the integrity, preservation, accessibility, legibility, traceability and unalterability of the invoicing records, without interpolations, omissions or alterations that are not duly recorded in the systems themselves.
b) For each transaction an invoicing record of issuance and, where applicable, of cancellation is generated, containing the invoice data and the control metadata (SHA-256 hash chaining, date and time with time zone, identification of the invoicing system and of the issuing taxpayer).
c) The system can generate the event log of start and end of operation, anomalies, exports, aggregations and detected alterations, each of them chained with its own hash.
d) The system provides a function to check, at any time and on demand, the integrity of the hash chains and that each hash matches its content.
e) When an alteration or inconsistency is detected in the chains, a persistent alert is shown to the user and the corresponding event is logged.
f) The hash chain can be navigated forwards and backwards from any record, identifying the immediately preceding and following records.
g) The system clock is checked against an NTP server and a deviation of less than one minute is guaranteed. If the drift exceeds the limit, an event is logged and the user is notified.
h) Before generating a new record, the system validates the integrity of the immediately preceding record and that its date and time are not later than the system clock by more than one minute.
i) The records are made available to the AEAT (Spanish Tax Agency) in a continuous, secure, correct, complete, automatic, consecutive, immediate and verifiable manner in accordance with VERI*FACTU mode; the printed invoice bears the phrase “VERI*FACTU” and a QR code in accordance with the Tax Agency's specification.
j) The records can be exported at any time in a readable electronic format (XML in accordance with the annex to the Order), preserving the hash chain and allowing subsequent verification.
k) The producer's identification data (NIF, company name, model, version and installation number of the invoicing system) are included in every record and are visible to the user and to the Administration.
This statement remains in force for as long as the system is in operation. Traceability of changes is recorded in the event chain.
